Step 1: Purchase of raw materials.
We aware, that the quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the raw materials. Therefore, “VESTO” has a mandatory list of requirements for each type of vegetable, fruit, mushroom and kelp.
Almost all vegetables and fruits are grown for us by local farmers. We control the purchase and planting of seeds, fertilization and harvest.
What we cannot grow by our own, especially seaweed and Muer mushroom, we purchase directly from producers in China. We have been working with Asian companies for over 18 years, so we are confident in the quality of the raw materials we provide.
Everything, that comes into our warehouse, is subject to the strictest quality control. Our specialists and modern equipment help us to identify the freshest products, and thanks to timely deliveries, there is no interruption in supply.
Step 2: Preparation of components
The component’s preperation process is made by modern equipment and controlled by attentive staff.
In addition to the strictest sanitary standards in the company, the preparation of raw materials is one of the main control points. Before cooking, we make sure, that fruit and vegetable is 100% cleaned from the solid and skin.
The imported kelp and Muer mushroom also passes through a thorough stage of washing and evaporation.
The whole process is controlled not only by the equipment, but also directly by highly qualified employees of the company, so we guarantee the perfect result!
Step 3: Production
We proud that our products meet international requirements and are confirmed by ISO certificates.
For 17 years, we have brought the technological process to perfection. All our formulas, proportions, ratios of ingredients and spices are executed by each employee of manufacture. For this reason, buyers from all over the country can be sure that the taste and quality of our products despite the season and consignment is the same.
At the end of the day, the finished products are stored in cold rooms with an area of more than 500 m² and are waiting for their turn to be shipped.
STEP 4: LOGISTICS
We are presented in 12 Ukrainian regions. Logistics is carried out in several ways: transportation by our refrigeration machines or self-delivery.
All routes are carefully planned to ensure that customers receive the freshest salads on time. We do our best to make sure that the cost of transportation did not lie heavy on the price of goods even for the most remote regions of Ukraine.
